Shipping Policy

LUMNi Professional is committed to preparing and shipping your order securely and with care. This Shipping Policy explains our fulfillment schedule, available shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking procedures, and customer responsibilities.

By placing an order through BuyLumni.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.

Shipping at a Glance

United States Only

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.

Fulfillment Days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.

Standard Shipping

Free over $49 or a $4 flat rate for qualifying orders under $49.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Within the United States

BuyLumni.com currently ships only to eligible delivery addresses within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping. Orders submitted with an international delivery address may be canceled.

Fulfillment Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.

We do not regularly process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized holidays.

Special weekend shipping may occasionally be available by prior written arrangement. Any weekend-shipping request must be approved before the order is placed and is subject to availability and additional charges.

Shipping speed refers to the carrier’s estimated transit time after the package has been processed and accepted by the carrier. It does not include weekends, holidays, or any time required to prepare the order.

Available methods and rates are shown at checkout and may vary based on the order, delivery address, package size, package weight, and carrier availability.

Delivery estimates exclude Saturdays, Sundays, recognized holidays, and order-processing time.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders shipped using Standard Shipping are expected to arrive within approximately five to nine business days after carrier acceptance.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier volume or operational delays
  • Weather or natural events
  • Recognized holidays
  • Service interruptions
  • Address-verification issues
  • Delivery restrictions or failed delivery attempts
  • Events outside the reasonable control of LUMNi Professional

Selecting Priority or Express Shipping changes the carrier service level but does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.

Tracking and Shipping Updates

Once an order ships, a shipping-confirmation email containing the available tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers may track their packages through the carrier’s website or through any tracking features available in their BuyLumni.com customer account.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid and accessible email address
  • Reviewing the shipping-confirmation email
  • Monitoring carrier tracking updates
  • Making arrangements to receive the package
  • Responding promptly to carrier delivery notices
  • Retrieving the package promptly after delivery

A delay in receiving or opening the shipping-confirmation email does not change the delivery status shown by the carrier.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.

Please verify all delivery information, including:

  • The recipient’s full name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, floor, or unit number
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Any access or delivery details required by the carrier

LUMNi Professional is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or incorrectly entered address provided by the customer.

Address-change requests must be emailed to lumniskincare@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted, entered fulfillment, received a shipping label, or been transferred to the carrier.

Delayed or Missing Packages in Transit

Carrier delays, weather events, holiday volume, service interruptions, and other transportation issues are outside the direct control of LUMNi Professional.

If tracking does not show that your order was delivered and it has not arrived within seven calendar days after the estimated delivery date, email lumniskincare@gmail.com .

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • Your tracking number
  • The complete shipping address used for the order

We may assist by reviewing the tracking information or contacting the carrier. Customers may also be required to contact the carrier directly, submit requested documentation, or cooperate with a carrier investigation.

Any available resolution will depend on the shipment status, the carrier’s investigation, the circumstances of the shipment, and applicable law.

Packages Marked as Delivered

Packages confirmed as delivered are not refundable.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery information, begin a package search, or file a claim.

Before contacting the carrier, please check:

  • Around the delivery location
  • With household members or neighbors
  • With a front desk, reception area, mailroom, leasing office, or property manager
  • Inside any available parcel locker
  • For a delivery notice or photograph provided by the carrier
  • For updated tracking notes showing where the package was placed

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided with the order, LUMNi Professional does not issue a refund, store credit, replacement, or reshipment because the customer cannot locate the package.

LUMNi Professional is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, removed, or otherwise unavailable after confirmed delivery.

We may provide available tracking or shipment information to assist with a carrier investigation, but the customer is responsible for resolving a missing delivered-package claim directly with the carrier.

This restriction does not apply when a verified error by LUMNi Professional caused the package to be sent to an address different from the shipping address submitted with the order, or where another remedy is required by applicable law.

Undeliverable, Refused, Unclaimed, and Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and remaining available to receive or retrieve their shipments.

This section applies to packages that are:

  • Refused by the recipient
  • Left unclaimed
  • Not retrieved from the carrier or pickup location
  • Returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Returned because of an incomplete or inaccurate address
  • Returned because the customer was unavailable for delivery
  • Returned because required delivery instructions were missing
  • Misrouted because of delivery information provided by the customer
  • Otherwise returned to sender without an approved RMA number

Returned shipments are not approved product returns.

A refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned-to-sender package does not qualify for an automatic refund, credit, replacement, or exchange.

Packages sent back without prior approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number are considered unauthorized returns under our Return and Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Products

Serums, lotions, topical products, microneedling kits, microneedling cartridges, sterile products, disposable products, and other final-sale items remain non-refundable if they are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to sender.

Because we cannot verify how these products were stored or handled during the return process, they may not be placed back into inventory, resold, or reshipped.

Eligible Refunds and Restocking Charges

If a returned shipment contains a full-price tool that would otherwise qualify for a return, any refund remains subject to inspection, approval, and the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

An approved refund will be reduced by:

  • A 35% restocking fee
  • The original shipping charge
  • Any return-to-sender shipping or carrier fees
  • Any other shipping or handling charges incurred

No refund will be issued when the remaining eligible amount is less than or equal to the applicable fees and charges.

Reshipping a Returned Package

When reshipment is available, the customer must pay all additional shipping and handling charges before the package is sent again.

Reshipment is not guaranteed for products that are non-returnable, sterile, single-use, topical, temperature-sensitive, or otherwise unable to be safely placed back into fulfillment.

The charges in this section will not apply when the package was returned solely because of a verified fulfillment or addressing error made by LUMNi Professional.

Signature-Required Shipments

Some orders may require a signature based on the product, order value, delivery location, payment review, or carrier requirements.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information, remaining available for delivery, responding to carrier notices, and retrieving the shipment before the carrier’s pickup deadline.

A signature-required package that is refused, left unclaimed, not retrieved, or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts is subject to the returned-shipment terms stated in this policy.

Packages Damaged During Delivery

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.

If your package or an item inside arrives damaged, email lumniskincare@gmail.com within three calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the exterior shipping box
  • Clear photographs of the internal packaging
  • A clear photograph of the shipping label

Keep the product, shipping box, packaging, and shipping label until the request has been reviewed. Do not use, discard, or return the product unless instructed to do so.

Reporting shipping damage does not automatically authorize a return. A valid RMA number is required if LUMNi Professional instructs you to send an item back.

Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect changes to our shipping methods, rates, carrier services, operations, or legal obligations.

An updated version will be posted on BuyLumni.com with a revised “Last updated” date.

The Shipping Policy in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
