Return and Refund Policy

Product safety, quality, and integrity come first.

At LUMNi Professional, the safety, quality, and integrity of our products are extremely important. This Return and Refund Policy explains which products may be returned and the requirements that apply to purchases made through BuyLumni.com.

By placing an order through BuyLumni.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.

Return Policy at a Glance

Topical Products

All serums, lotions, and topical products are final sale and cannot be returned.

Microneedling Kits

All microneedling kits, cartridges, and sterile products are final sale.

Eligible Tools

Only qualifying full-price tools may be returned with prior approval and a valid RMA number.

Sale Items

All discounted, promotional, clearance, and sale items are final sale.

Non-Returnable and Final-Sale Products

For the safety of our customers and to protect the quality and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Serums
  • Lotions
  • Topical skincare products
  • Microneedling solutions
  • Microneedling kits
  • Microneedling cartridges
  • Sterile or single-use products
  • Opened or used products
  • Products with damaged, removed, or broken seals
  • All discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale-priced items
  • Products specifically marked as final sale
  • Products purchased from another retailer, distributor, marketplace, or website

This policy applies to serums, lotions, topical products, and microneedling kits even when the product appears unopened.

Once these products leave our facility, we cannot verify how they were stored, handled, transported, or whether their safety, stability, sterility, or integrity may have been compromised.

Returned skincare, sterile, and single-use products cannot be placed back into inventory or resold. This policy helps assure every customer that the product they receive is new, unused, and has never been in another customer’s possession.

All Sale Items Are Final Sale

Any product purchased at a discounted, promotional, clearance, or sale price is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The final-sale restriction applies whether the discount was automatically applied, provided through a discount code, included in a promotional offer, or shown as a reduced price on BuyLumni.com.

Eligible Tool Returns

Only qualifying tools purchased at full price directly through BuyLumni.com may be considered for return.

To qualify for consideration, the tool must:

  • Have a return request submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
  • Be unused, untested, unaltered, and in new condition.
  • Be returned in its complete original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, components, manuals, protective materials, and promotional items originally included.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase from BuyLumni.com.
  • Receive return approval and a valid RMA number before being shipped.

Products showing signs of use, testing, wear, alteration, damage, improper handling, or missing components are not eligible for return.

Serums, lotions, topical products, microneedling kits, microneedling cartridges, sterile products, disposable products, and sale items are not eligible under the tool-return policy.

Purchases made through another seller must be returned through the original seller and cannot be returned to LUMNi Professional.

Return Merchandise Authorization Required

All returns require advance approval and a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number, also referred to as an RMA number.

To request an RMA number, email lumniskincare@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The name of the tool you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
  • Confirmation that the product has not been used, tested, or altered

Submitting a return request does not guarantee that the return will be approved.

If approved, we will send an RMA number and return instructions by email. The RMA number applies only to the specific product and order identified in the approval.

An approved return must be shipped within 5 calendar days after the RMA number is issued. An expired RMA number cannot be used.

The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on or attach a shipping label directly to the product’s retail packaging.

Returns Without an RMA Number

Unauthorized returns are not refundable.

Any package returned without prior approval and a valid RMA number will not qualify for a refund, exchange, replacement, or store credit.

This includes packages that are:

  • Returned without contacting us first
  • Refused by the recipient
  • Left unclaimed
  • Returned to sender
  • Returned because delivery was not accepted
  • Returned because the shipping address was incomplete or incorrect
  • Returned because the recipient failed to retrieve the package
  • Misrouted or otherwise delivered back to us without an approved RMA number
  • Sent to an unauthorized or incorrect return address
  • Sent after an RMA number expired

Our receipt of an unauthorized package does not mean that the return has been accepted.

LUMNi Professional is not responsible for storing, processing, or returning unauthorized packages. If we agree to send an unauthorized package back to the customer, the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling charges.

An exception may be considered when the return resulted solely from a verified addressing, fulfillment, or shipping error made by LUMNi Professional.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return-shipping costs unless the return was caused by a verified error by LUMNi Professional.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Approved return packages must:

  • Be sent to the return address included in the RMA instructions
  • Display the valid RMA number on the outside of the shipping package
  • Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • Be shipped using a trackable and insured shipping method
  • Include all original components and packaging

LUMNi Professional is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address.

The customer remains responsible for an approved return until it is confirmed as delivered to the authorized return location.

Inspection of Returned Tools

Receiving a returned product does not automatically qualify it for a refund.

All approved tool returns are inspected after delivery. We may deny or reduce a refund if the returned product:

  • Has been used, tested, altered, or damaged
  • Shows signs of wear or improper handling
  • Is missing packaging, accessories, manuals, components, or promotional items
  • Is not the same product authorized under the RMA number
  • Was shipped after the RMA number expired
  • Does not otherwise satisfy the requirements of this policy

Products that fail inspection are not eligible for a refund.

We are not responsible for returning an ineligible product to the customer unless the customer pays the applicable shipping and handling costs.

Refunds

If an eligible returned tool passes inspection, the approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Approved refunds apply only to the eligible product purchase price. The following charges are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return-shipping costs
  • Expedited-shipping charges
  • Shipping insurance
  • Duties, taxes, carrier charges, or other fees not returned to LUMNi Professional
  • Other non-product charges

Please allow up to 10 business days after an approved return has been received and inspected for the refund to be processed.

Banks, credit-card companies, and payment providers may require additional time to post an approved refund. LUMNi Professional does not control financial-institution processing times.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

When an eligible tool return is approved, the customer may return the product according to this policy and place a separate order for the desired product.

A replacement provided because an item arrived damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect is not considered an exchange.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, is missing from the shipment, or is different from the product ordered, email lumniskincare@gmail.com within three calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the shipping box and packaging
  • A clear photograph of the shipping label
  • A video showing the issue when relevant

Keep the product, shipping box, internal packaging, and shipping label until the request has been reviewed. Do not use, discard, or return the product unless instructed to do so.

Failure to report the issue within three calendar days or provide the requested documentation may prevent us from verifying the claim.

After reviewing the request, LUMNi Professional may provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, missing item, store credit, troubleshooting assistance, or another remedy.

Reporting a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product does not automatically authorize a return. A valid RMA number is still required if we instruct you to send an item back.

Refused, Unclaimed, Misrouted, and Returned Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for accepting or retrieving their shipments.

Orders that are refused, left unclaimed, undeliverable, misrouted, returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or otherwise sent back to us without a valid RMA number are not considered approved returns.

These shipments are not eligible for an automatic refund, store credit, replacement, or exchange.

If an order is returned to us, the customer may contact lumniskincare@gmail.com to ask whether reshipment is available. The customer will be responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges unless the return resulted solely from a verified error by LUMNi Professional.

We cannot guarantee that returned serums, lotions, topical products, microneedling kits, sterile products, or single-use products can be reshipped.

Because we cannot verify how these products were stored or handled during the return process, they may be discarded for safety reasons. No refund, credit, or replacement will be issued for these products.

Shipment Tracking and Packages Marked as Delivered

A shipping confirmation containing available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate shipping address
  • Monitoring shipment tracking and carrier updates
  • Making any necessary arrangements to receive the package
  • Retrieving packages promptly from mailrooms, front desks, leasing offices, parcel lockers, carrier locations, or other designated delivery areas
  • Contacting the shipping carrier promptly about delivery attempts, address problems, delays, or tracking concerns

Carrier transit schedules, delays, and delivery operations are outside the direct control of LUMNi Professional.

Packages confirmed as delivered are not refundable.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to request delivery details, begin a package search, or file a claim.

Before contacting the carrier, please check:

  • Around the delivery location
  • With household members or neighbors
  • With a front desk, reception area, mailroom, leasing office, or property manager
  • Inside any available parcel locker
  • For a delivery notice, delivery photograph, or updated tracking information from the carrier

Once the shipping carrier confirms that a package was delivered to the shipping address provided with the order, LUMNi Professional does not issue a refund, store credit, replacement, or reshipment because the customer cannot locate the package.

We may provide available tracking or shipment information to assist with a carrier investigation, but the customer is responsible for resolving a missing-delivery claim directly with the carrier.

This restriction does not apply when a verified fulfillment or addressing error by LUMNi Professional caused the package to be sent to an address different from the shipping address submitted with the order, or where another remedy is required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, product-change, or shipping-address requests must be submitted as soon as possible to lumniskincare@gmail.com .

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.

An order cannot be canceled after it has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or been transferred to a shipping carrier.

Refusing delivery does not cancel an order and does not qualify the order for a refund, store credit, replacement, or exchange.

Abuse of the Return Policy

LUMNi Professional reserves the right to deny a return, refund, replacement, store credit, or future purchase when we reasonably believe a request involves:

  • Fraud or attempted fraud
  • Repeated or excessive claims
  • Product substitution
  • Altered photographs or documentation
  • False statements about an order or delivery
  • Abuse of promotional offers
  • Repeated violations of this policy
  • Other improper or deceptive activity

Nothing in this policy limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Return and Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes to our products, services, operations, or legal obligations.

An updated version will be posted on BuyLumni.com with a revised “Last updated” date.

The Return and Refund Policy in effect when an order is placed will apply to that order.
